Or the sounds that you just know could never actually be there?
Could there be more to what we see / hear than we think there is?
Or could it be all internal additions to interpret our very own being?
Consider the detail of a simple object, and try to percive the intracate structure making up the material, and all the interactions it makes, just by being.
The beauty of a single item is comparable to such grand vistas, but depends on how it is percived.
For everything has a connection, with the way they interact.
Does the enjoyment of the sound of the wind through the leaves deminish when understanding how it occurs, and how the leaves move, and the movements and patterns of watching the leaves?
I find myself coming to understand the beauty of the micro and macro environment as a whole.
